NOTICE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF TICKETS SALE
In order to be better informed, you should familiarize yourselves with the following information:
1. Madlenianum ticket gives you a discount of 10% when purchasing books in the bookstore Madlenianum Club. The approved discount can be used three times during the month for which the ticket was purchased. When buying books, it is necessary to present a ticket.
2. If you want to be regularly updated on our repertoire and other events of Madlenianum, please leave your e-mail address to the clerk at our ticket office or sign up through site.
3. In case of cancellation of the play, return of your money can be made in the period from the day of cancellation of the play not later than 7 (seven) days from the date when the show was scheduled.
If you prefer, you can replace your ticket for the next performance of the same show if at that time the term has already been determined and if there is availability.
4. Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for money 2 (two) days
before the performance of the play except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, death, etc.)
5. The maximum number of tickets in a single purchase, receive a rebate in 2
(two).
6. In order to make the purchase of tickets easier and more convenient to our
audience, Madlenianum also makes a home delivery of tickets at the price of RSD 50,00 per ticket.
